Where do employees send their premium payments?

Employees send their premium payments to us via mail or fax:

Employees on COBRA coverage can also set up ACH payments through our secure COBRA Web Portal. We process premiums and forward to the employer or insurer as appropriate.

What is included in the reports I'll receive?

Our Employer Web Portal provides detailed real-time reporting, available
24 x 7. New clients receive login information and instructions by mail.

Who can employees call with questions about COBRA benefits?

Customer service is an important part of our overall COBRA administration package. Participating employees may contact us directly with questions either by phone toll-free at (877) 355-2760 or email at cobra@pacificsource.com. We will make every effort to answer their questions right away, or get back to them by the end of the next business day.
