COBRA Services Added to PacificSource Administrators Offerings

September 2011 - We're pleased to announce that effective October 1, 2011, we will add COBRA management to the services we offer as a third party administrator.

These services include access to a secure online portal where clients can easily upload qualifying events and newly covered employee information, view reports and letters, and more. COBRA qualified beneficiaries will have access to the portal as well, which will allow them to view letters online and set up payments via ACH debits.

Administering COBRA on your own? Our thorough understanding of COBRA laws offers invaluable protection to your organization. We literally take over all necessary paperwork, notifications, billing, and personal contact required to transition into COBRA compliance. PacificSource Administrators Changes Will Support Service to Clients

May 2011 - Our goal is to provide a full array of solutions and efficient service to all our clients. Over the past few months, we’ve been evaluating how we might better align our ASO and fully-funded business lines to better serve our customers.

We’re pleased to announce that Dave Self, Senior Vice President and Idaho Regional Director, has taken on a leadership role in PacificSource ASO strategy. Sandra Coble, ASO Product Manager, now reports to Dave and works with him in developing products for this market.

Katie Jaye Shelby has taken on a new role within PacificSource as Customer Experience Strategist, where she will work to develop our social media and member experience strategies. Her account management responsibilities have been transitioned to Jason Fullan, Sales Executive, and Susan Chun, Sales Representative. Jason and Susie will provide account management for all PacificSource Administrators groups in the areas of stop loss, plan design, and funding.

We believe these changes will put us in a better position to provide integrated solutions for new clients and more efficiently serve existing clients.
